Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an ALDI Stocking Store Associate, you execute rapid freight unboxing, shelf replenishment, and visual merchandising prior to and during store operating hours.

• Early-Morning Freight Replenishment: Unload store delivery pallets, maneuver merchandise onto the sales floor using electric jacks, and restock empty shelf slots across dry food and perishable aisles.
• Product Quality & Date Code Auditing: Inspect produce, meat, dairy, and bakery expiration dates carefully during stocking, rotating older inventory to the front to maintain food freshness standards.
• Cardboard Management & Aisle Presentation: Remove excess shipping boxes, operate cardboard bailers safely, and detail-face product displays to ensure an inviting shopping layout.
