Position Overview & Responsibilities
Operating voice-directed picking headsets and double electric pallet jacks, the High-Volume Order Fulfillment Selector builds custom merchandise store pallets inside our climate-controlled distribution center. You navigate pick slots across ambient, produce, cooler, and freezer sections, selecting grocery cases with high accuracy and building structurally sound transport pallets. Completed pallets are shrink-wrapped and delivered to shipping dock lanes for store transport. This is a 100% physical, hands-on warehouse role requiring full on-site presence at the facility (no remote options exist).
Qualifications & Benefits

Requires physical stamina for continuous heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, and standing, along with comfort working in varied temperature zones.
