Role Description
ALDI Direct Entry Store Managers bring external retail management experience directly into ALDI's streamlined business model. Following a comprehensive accelerated onboarding curriculum, you assume full operational ownership of a high-volume retail grocery store. You lead store associate hiring, direct merchandising strategies, manage P&L budgets, and foster a high-performance team culture. Key Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for store financial metrics, P&L management, and operational efficiency.
- Lead store talent acquisition, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of store associates and leads.
- Provide continuous staff mentoring, performance evaluations, and leadership development.
- Manage product ordering, inventory counts, loss prevention protocols, and price accuracy.
- Oversee store merchandising execution, product presentation, and promotional displays.

Qualifications & Requirements
