Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Warehouse Associate, you perform critical inbound and outbound warehouse execution tasks inside our regional distribution center — managing freight unloading, case sorting, inventory put-away, and pallet staging to maintain continuous inventory flow.
- Inbound Receiving & Unloading: Safely unload supplier delivery trailers using electric pallet jacks, verifying shipment piece counts against manifest documentation, inspecting incoming cases for damage, and staging pallets in designated receiving bays.
- Inventory Staging & Put-Away: Transport verified merchandise from receiving lanes into assigned warehouse storage slots across dry, produce, cooler, and freezer temperature zones, maintaining precise inventory slot placement.
- Dock Sanitation & Facility Safety: Maintain clean and hazard-free warehouse aisles, managing cardboard recycling compactors, clearing empty wooden pallets, resolving aisle spills immediately, and strictly following ALDI safety protocols.
