Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an ALDI Seasonal Shift Manager, you direct peak holiday shift operations, guide seasonal team execution, and oversee front-end queue flow and closing routines.

• Peak Seasonal Floor Leadership: Lead store associates and stockers during high-volume holiday rushes, adjusting team assignments to maintain aisle availability.
• Front-End Checkout Support: Manage customer register queues, resolve pricing or service escalations, and maintain fast cashiering speeds.
• Seasonal Financial & Security Closing: Execute register till reconciliation routines, balance daily cash safes, and arm facility security systems at closing.
