Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an ALDI Store Operations Specialist, you support store performance and compliance across an entire divisional territory from the division office — auditing scheduling and labor compliance data, compiling operational performance reports for district leadership, and coordinating logistics for new store openings and remodels.

• Scheduling & Labor Compliance Auditing: Review weekly store scheduling data against ALDI's labor budget and compliance standards, flagging any store showing a scheduling pattern that risks a labor law or break compliance violation and routing the finding to the appropriate District Manager for correction before it becomes a formal issue.
• District Performance Reporting: Compile weekly and period sales, labor, and shrink performance reports across every store in the division, formatting the data into the standardized dashboard District Managers and the Regional Vice President use for the division's leadership review meetings.
• New Store Opening Coordination: Coordinate the operational logistics checklist for new store openings and major remodels within the division — confirming equipment delivery timing, initial inventory setup scheduling, and new-hire onboarding readiness ahead of each opening date.
