Role Description
ALDI Direct Entry Store Managers bring external retail management experience directly into ALDI's streamlined business model. You lead store associate hiring, direct merchandising strategies, manage P&L budgets, and foster a high-performance team culture. Key Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for store financial metrics, P&L management, and operational efficiency.
