As an ALDI Stocker, you execute daily inventory merchandising, pallet unloading, shelf restocking, and store sanitation routines to maintain full product availability.
- Merchandise Unloading & Pallet Execution: Safely unload delivery trucks using manual and electric pallet jacks, transporting pallets from the backroom dock directly to store sales aisles.
- Rapid Shelf Restocking & Rotation: Restock store shelves, cooler displays, and freezer cases following ALDI planograms and FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation guidelines.
- Aisle Conditioning & Facility Upkeep: Front-face product packaging across assigned aisles, clear empty cardboard packaging into recycling compactors, and resolve floor spills immediately.
