Responsible for reconciling store daily revenue, securing building alarms, and conducting final floor recovery walks, Closing Shift Managers ensure the store closes cleanly and securely. Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an ALDI Closing Shift Manager, you lead evening store operations, direct evening aisle conditioning, conduct safe balance reconciliations, and execute closing security protocols.

• Peak Evening Queue Management: Direct register lane queues during evening customer rushes, calling backup cashiers and resolving immediate customer service inquiries.
• Evening Recovery & Restocking: Direct store associates in front-facing aisles, clearing cardboard, restocking fresh departments, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Store Reconciliation & Closing Security: Audit register tills, balance daily safe cash deposits, lock facility entrances, and arm building security systems.
