Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an ALDI Warehouse Supervisor, you manage shift operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory selection departments to meet productivity and safety targets.

• Shift Labor & Operations Leadership: Direct daily shift assignments for warehouse associates, order selectors, and forklift operators, adjusting staffing dynamically to meet trailer departure windows.
• Performance Metric & KPI Tracking: Monitor shift throughput metrics, order pick rates, dock-to-stock cycle times, and loading accuracy on warehouse management dashboards.
• Safety & Compliance Auditing: Conduct regular aisle safety inspections, enforce food safety and cold-chain compliance guidelines, and execute safety coaching sessions.
