Working alongside Supervisors, Operations Leads help coordinate daily order assignments, audit order selector accuracy, assist with associate training, and resolve dock exception issues. This position is 100% physical and requires full on-site presence on the warehouse operational floor (no remote work permitted).

Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Warehouse Operations Lead, you assist shift supervisors in directing daily picking, receiving, and loading workflows across the distribution floor.
