Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an ALDI Store Associate, you execute daily front-end, sales floor, and inventory operations to deliver an efficient, clean, and pleasant shopping experience for our customers.

• Front-End Checkout Execution: Operate touch-screen cash registers with industry-leading scanning speed and precision, accurately processing cash, credit, debit, EBT, and electronic wallet payments while providing friendly customer service.
• Merchandise Stocking & Inventory Management: Unload store delivery pallets using manual and electric pallet jacks, stocking shelves in accordance with ALDI merchandising guidelines and ensuring strict FIFO (First In, First Out) product rotation.
• Store Upkeep & Floor Sanitation: Maintain store cleanliness standards by sweeping sales floors, managing cardboard recycling compactors, clearing shopping carts, and resolving spills immediately to ensure a safe shopping environment.
