Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Warehouse Maintenance Specialist, you maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated warehouse systems, facility infrastructure, and powered industrial equipment.
- Automated Conveyor & System Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair motorized roller conveyors, high-speed sortation equipment, sensors, and electrical control panels to ensure continuous order flow.
- Industrial Refrigeration & HVAC Maintenance: Monitor and service commercial ammonia/freon refrigeration units, climate control systems, and freezer dock seals to protect cold-chain inventory.
- Material Handling Fleet Service: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, battery servicing, hydraulic cylinder rebuilds, and electrical repairs on forklifts, reach trucks, and yard hostlers.
