Position Summary: As an ALDI Morning Sales Clerk, you lead essential pre-opening inventory stocking and store preparation routines before doors open to customer traffic. Arriving early, you assist in offloading fresh truck deliveries, restocking produce, dairy, meat, and dry goods, and ensuring sales floor aisles are immaculately presented. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at the store during early morning shift hours (zero remote availability).
Key Duties & Expectations: Unload early morning logistics trucks, receiving merchandise pallets using powered pallet jacks. Restock store shelves, cooler cases, and freezer sections according to planograms and FIFO inventory rotation standards. Condition sales floor aisles, clear packaging debris into waste balers, align price signage, and transition to cashiering as morning customer traffic increases.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Requires ability to work early morning shifts consistently (starting as early as 5:00 AM), physical capability to lift up to 45 lbs, stand, bend, and move actively.
