Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an ALDI Full-Time Shift Manager, you lead daily store shift execution, manage inventory and register compliance, and coach store associates toward performance benchmarks.

• Shift Floor Supervision: Direct store team members across cashiering, stocking, and cleaning duties to achieve daily productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Inventory & Compliance Auditing: Execute daily store compliance audits, check food safety temperatures in produce and freezer cases, and verify stock counts.
• Cash Safe & Financial Security: Manage register tills, conduct safe balancing routines, audit cash drops, and resolve register discrepancies.
