Role Overview & Responsibilities
As a Lead Cashier Receptionist, you serve as a subject-matter expert on front-end register efficiency, scan speed standards, customer service escalations, and cashier peer coaching. While actively operating point-of-sale registers, you assist shift leads by directing customer line queue flow, calling backup cashiers during busy traffic periods, and training new team members on seated scanning techniques. You also ensure payment terminals are clean and entrance shopping cart corrals remain organized. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence inside the retail store (zero remote availability).
Qualifications & Benefits
