Role Description

As an ALDI High-Volume Store Manager, you lead executive store operations in one of our highest customer-traffic flagship retail locations. Managing larger associate teams, elevated inventory turnover, and complex logistics schedules, you drive store profitability while maintaining flawless merchandising and customer service standards. You oversee large-scale staff scheduling, financial P&L controls, and community outreach. This position offers premium executive compensation for experienced high-volume retail leaders. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence inside the store (zero remote availability).

Key Responsibilities

• Direct executive management of a high-volume retail location, overseeing total store P&L and labor budgets.
• Lead a large team of assistant managers, shift leads, and store associates, driving recruitment and retention.
• Execute high-volume product ordering routines and stockroom inventory flow to maintain 100% shelf availability.
• Analyze complex store KPI reports, implementing action plans to optimize labor productivity and reduce shrink.
• Ensure strict adherence to corporate customer service standards, food handling safety, and facility cleanliness.
• Deliver formal performance evaluations, mentoring high-potential leads for management promotion.
• Represent ALDI in local community engagement and vendor management.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of successful General Manager or Store Manager experience in high-volume retail or grocery environments.
• Proven expertise in managing multi-million-dollar operational budgets and large staff teams.
• Superior leadership, physical stamina, and strategic management abilities.

Job Type & Schedule

• Job Type: Full-Time (100% On-Site).
• Schedule: Full-time executive schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
