ALDI Closing Shift Managers lead store operations through evening peak shopping rushes, managing front-end cashier queues, directing evening restocking, and overseeing complete store closing and security procedures. Responsible for reconciling store daily revenue, securing building alarms, and conducting final floor recovery walks, Closing Shift Managers ensure the store closes cleanly and securely. Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an ALDI Closing Shift Manager, you lead evening store operations, direct evening aisle conditioning, conduct safe balance reconciliations, and execute closing security protocols.

• Peak Evening Queue Management: Direct register lane queues during evening customer rushes, calling backup cashiers and resolving immediate customer service inquiries.
• Evening Recovery & Restocking: Direct store associates in front-facing aisles, clearing cardboard, restocking fresh departments, and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Store Reconciliation & Closing Security: Audit register tills, balance daily safe cash deposits, lock facility entrances, and arm building security systems.
