Role Overview & Responsibilities

As an ALDI Shift Manager, you lead daily store floor operations, guide associate performance, manage customer service escalations, and execute opening/closing operational routines.

• Shift Operational Leadership: Direct store associates and stockers during active shifts, assigning stocking aisles and cashiering duties dynamically to maintain efficiency.
• Store Opening & Closing Execution: Execute facility opening and closing procedures, managing alarm systems, verifying building security, and reconciling register tills in the safe.
• Customer Service & Line Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, manage checkout queue flow, and uphold ALDI customer satisfaction standards.
