Working alongside Supervisors, Operations Leads help coordinate daily order assignments, audit order selector accuracy, assist with associate training, and resolve dock exception issues. As an ALDI Warehouse Operations Lead, you assist shift supervisors in directing daily picking, receiving, and loading workflows across the distribution floor.
