Key Responsibilities
- Execute frontline cashiering and product stocking while learning store supervisory routines.
- Assist shift leads with monitoring register lane queues, calling backup cashiers during busy traffic periods.
- Learn register drawer balancing routines, safe audits, and daily cash reconciliation procedures.
- Coach newly hired student associates on seated register scanning standards and ALDI work methods.
- Assist with store opening or closing facility security walks alongside shift managers.
- Support customer service resolutions and pricing inquiries politely.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
- Currently enrolled as a junior, senior, or graduate student in a college or university (Business/Management majors preferred).
- Prior retail, customer service, or supervisory experience required.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Physical capability for retail work (lifting up to 45 lbs, standing, bending, walking).
