Role Description
The ALDI Weekend Student Associate role is specifically tailored for students who prefer to focus entirely on their college coursework during weekdays while earning top hourly wages on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekend Student Associates support peak weekend customer traffic by executing fast POS checkout, restocking high-demand grocery items, maintaining aisle presentation, and keeping the sales floor spotless. This position is 100% physical and strictly requires full on-site presence at the store (zero remote availability).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume weekend customer checkout lanes at seated registers, maintaining high scan speeds and payment accuracy.
