Position Summary: As an ALDI Part-Time General Store Associate, you provide flexible operational support across POS cashiering, merchandise stocking, aisle conditioning, and store sanitation. This position requires 100% physical on-site presence at the store facility (no remote capability).
Key Duties & Expectations: Operate POS cash registers quickly and accurately during assigned shift windows. Unload merchandise pallets using pallet jacks, restocking shelves according to planograms and FIFO inventory rules. Front-face product packaging, clear cardboard into recycling balers, perform store sweeps, and manage cart corrals.
Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Requires a High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, basic math skills, physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs, stand, bend, and move actively, and a reliable attendance history.
